RE: #3 & #4 specifically, I argue that it is unconstitutional to require any kind of assessment in the first place. The state does NOT have authority. It will seize the power if we the people let it, but we the people should not allow it. The state is in charge of public education…period…full stop. The state does not and should not have power over private education, including home education! We live in a high trust society, and that is why our civilization has advanced to its current state (& we’re not stuck in the stone age, the dark ages, or even the early industrial age). Do we or do we not trust that most parents want what’s best for their kids and their families? If so, then you must let them raise their kids as they see fit. The results will speak for themselves. We do not ALL need to go to college or ALL need to go into the trades. We do not ALL need to do the same dang things! So long as we raise up our children to be productive adults who are NOT on government aid/social welfare, and we are not breaking existing laws against abuse and neglect, no one should have a say re: the specifics of how we get to the end goal of kids becoming responsible adults.

Are you aware of the International Baccalaureate, IB, program? It is a UN sponsored program which is being used in US public schools. The UN uses our schools, our teachers for free, who are trained by IB, and our public schools pay the UN program so much for each child. It is, in effect, a shadow school within our public schools, using our infrastructure for free!!! Checking our school system that has it, the first year classes were based on Henry Kissinger's One World book he wrote. There is no textbook, but other books are on the reading list which endorse Kissinger's ideas, so they can pass the test. The tests are made and graded by the IB headquarters (the local teachers don't even grade the tests). Students get an IB diploma and colleges like admitting students who have it. Students are being indoctrinated with a One World Government ideology, and many parents have no idea about what is going on. I have more info on it, if you would like to contact me. It is already in a lot of US schools.
